Very often, either during the development of a new website or if some additional website work has been requested, we will ask for you to send us some information, normally text and any images you want added. The information requested might be...

• Another website you like the look off or a feature it has.
• An image.
• A piece of text.
• Some code, perhaps Google Analytics. 

In all instances, when sending us anything, please do not send us a screenshot or an image (like a poster) containing the text we are to add to your site; they are useless to us.

• If you are sending us images, please send us the original, as the size and quality of a screenshot are too low to use.
• If you are sending us the address of a website, please copy the full URL from the browser bar and send that to us.
• If you are sending us some text, type it into an email.

WE CAN NOT WORK WITH SCREENSHOTS... PLEASE DON'T SEND THEM!
