Having a service like Yahoo or Gmail pick up emails sent to your domain-based email (you@yourdomain.com) makes a lot of sense.

While we have experience of using Gmail for domain emails (we've got an FAQ about it here) we know the same can be done with Yahoo, but we've never done it. Therefore, the instructions to get things set up correctly has to be left to other online services.

In essence, connecting your domain email to Yahoo is the same as Gmail;

1. Log in to Yahoo

2. Go to settings and find the option to add "third party email accounts."

3. Follow the instructions and add the details for your domain email (if you don't have these ask us for them).

That's it!

When performing this process, you might be asked if you wish to keep a copy of all the emails on the server? Select no.

We've searched the internet to find precise instructions for the above and found a few, listed below. Please note: As things change, you might find some work and some don't.
